Irena Warriner will be leading us in a discussion on the tools she has learned at The Center for Body Mind Medicine. These techniques inlcude meditation, relaxation, and visualization. Discussion will be followed by a short meditation deminstration for all.

Jeremy and his wife brought samples of Hemp CBD Oil that has helped Jeremy with his physical and phantom pain.  

While clinical studies are pending, CBD products are being tested for pain,
anti-inflammatory effects, anti-anxiety, memory, appetite suppression, movement disorders including seizures, and ADHD to name a few. In summary, while newly studied, the ECS is responsible for affects throughout the entire body including sleep and relaxation, inflammatory responses

    • Your prosthesis is strange at first, but that will pass
